At Vapor Cove, we aim to make every order smooth and reliable. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

What You Can Return:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are:
*Unopened
*Unused
*In original packaging
*Returned within 14 days of delivery
Opened e-liquids, pods, coils, or other consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with:
*Your order number
*A brief description of the issue
*A photo or video if possible
If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items:
If something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it quickly.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@vaporcove.co.uk with:
*Your order number
*The item(s) you want to return
*The reason for the return
We’ll confirm if the return is eligible and provide instructions.

Return Postage:
Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
*Refunds are issued to your original payment method
*Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days
*Delivery fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on:
*Opened e-liquids
*Opened pods or coils
*Used devices
*Clearance items
*Gift cards

Cancelling an Order:
If you want to cancel, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it has already been dispatched, it must be returned following this policy.
